You’ve gone from shrubland to woodland to highland. When you stop to sip on a Chief Peak, the piney hops are first to arrive. The tropical tones of passion fruit, orange, and gooseberry aren’t far behind. Look out on the valley and trace the contours of the mountain. Breathe in the thinning air, wipe the sweat from your brow, and take another well-earned sip.

At dusk, in the shadow of the rose-colored mountains you’ve found your perfect spot. The gear’s unloaded, the fire is lit, and the weekend camp kit is all set up for memory making & quality time with friends. You settle down under the dimming sky and pull a Weekender from your cooler. Its bright, hoppy essence and vibrant aroma signal that the weekend festivities have only just begun.

The sun peeks through parting clouds as you roam the dusty trail. Upward you climb until you crest the peak and find yourself surrounded by giant Matilija poppies. Their egg yolk centers and dancing white petals praise the heavens. Suddenly the orange sun bursts forth through the clouds – a reply to the poppies! You too must respond. From your pack you pull a can of Sunburst White Ale to sip and savor as you salute to the joyous reverie.
