FAQs for Pickup

When will my to-go order be ready?

Please allow at least 30 minutes between placing an order online and picking it up. Pickup hours vary per location. Orders must be received 30 minutes before closing in order to be ready for same-day pickup. Orders not picked up by the close of each business day will be held for 24hrs from the time of the order.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order? 

 A mask for entry and your valid photo ID (such as passport or driver’s license) is required to pick up. The name on the order must match your identification and you must be 21+. No exceptions.

Can I pick up an order for someone else? 

No, you can only pick up your order. The name on the order must match your ID and you must be 21+. No exceptions. 

Where will I pick up my Topa Beer? 

 Please check in with our host when you arrive at the taproom. You are also welcome to call the taproom and let us know you have arrived. Our taproom staff would be happy to run the beer out to your vehicle if you prefer.

What if I don’t pickup my order? 

Orders will be held for 24 hours. If the order is not picked up within 24 hours all cans will be restocked and refunded. Growlers and Crowlers are non-refundable. 

Can I order single Topa beer cans?

No, but we have 16oz 4-packs limited released, 12oz 6-packs, Crowlers (which are 32 ounce single cans), 64 ounce growlers and kegs available through special order. 

Are you selling growler refills? 

 Yes, we are offering growler refills for 32oz and 64oz growlers.  Please wash your growler and cap with warm soapy water at home and thoroughly rinse it out before bringing it in to be filled.   

What beers do you have available?  

 Beer availability varies! See the taproom menu page here and follow us on Instagram for the latest on beer updates and special releases.  

How do I go about ordering a keg?  

Please visit our Keg Ordering page and fill out the form for keg availability. Our warehouse team will work with you directly. Note that our team works normal business hours so requests placed Friday afternoons will not be seen until Monday.
